So when we went there tonight, we were especially pleased to encounter specialists that were very knowledgeable, cordial and helpful in dealing with our jewelry issues. Mr. Hector Madera specifically restored our faith. We would not hesitate to shop there in the future. Jared remains our jeweler of choice.

When I needed help resetting my diamond, he was not only very helpful, but understanding and kind! He communicated with me multiple times and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly! I highly recommend buying the extended service agreement! It will save you a lot of money!!! It’s been 12 years since my husband purchased my rings and I’m still well taken care of at Jared’s. Thank you to Juliet’s and Tyler for being so helpful as well!
