Isaias Guzman This review is in regard to a really rude worker named Angie from Pandora in the valley plaza mall in Bakersfield. Absolute horrible customer service and ruined my experience as a customer, I went to buy a ring for my girlfriend on 8/6/25 and was promised by a different worker that I could bring it back a change the size if it didn’t fit, I also bought a warranty plan!! I came back 5 days later, on 8/11/25 to get the size changed and was denied because she claimed there was scuffs and build up on the ring when I asked to see the ring side to side next a brand new ring there was literally no difference. I am extremely upset with the ways she spoke to me and my girlfriend. Completely ruined my experience and really hope you guys can help me as this ring was supposed to be a engagement ring.

Katie Samayoa Boss man is a liar to gain your money. Money hungry and offers nothing worth buying. Jewelry is lowgrade low quality.. very bad business with people. The Jewelry will break and you will never get what you paid for.

Mariela Cecelski Horrible just horrible! I bought a few sets of jewelry and when I wore the first necklace it turned my whole neck green. I had no intent of returning anything but after my experience with the first necklace I did not want to put on any more jewelry from them. I tried returning and they would not help me. I was told to provide a receipt and unfortunately the receipt never went to my email. I asked for a number to call customer service and they were unable to provide me with a number. DO NOT BUY!!!

Upon me trying another/different jeweler, I realized they were not when the piece I bought turned (color) within the week. I have found myself coming back to DRJ. As nice and accommodating as everyone at this location is, Im back because of the quality.

Mario Cabaloza Sher is amazing. I appreciate his effort to help with one of the most special moments I am preparing for. He made the process of choosing the engagement ring and wedding band smooth and enjoyable. He is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. Brenda Quiring I was throughly disappointed with my service from Knights Jewelry. I brought in three watches that needed batteries. It took them 16 days to find the watches in their store, apparently someone had missed filed the watches. When I came in to pick them up there was No apology No good customer service and No reason to go back to that inept pathetic service Response to owners comment. You still haven’t addressed the missing watches for numerous days nor have I heard an apology from you especially if you were apparently 8 feet away. Bottom line: I was not happy with my service and I totally disagree with your account of an apology. I heard none and walked away disappointed. I had been very patient with the ordeal until receiving awkward unapologetic service. Surprising since you were aware of the situation

____ NEVER spend your money here i spent over 7k here was a returning client , spent 1600$ on a new piece of gold , decided i wanted to get something else and tried to exchange it , and they didn’t want too when there policy is 5 days ! don’t even spend your money here there gold is tacky and horrible ! bought a bracelet and snapped with in 3 days and it was solid , talk about caring about your clients , and the lady with white hair who looks like she got electrocuted with that ugly hair her attitude 0/10 never spending a dime here elizalde all the way !

Dee Jay Oh, I love this store. The items they have are fairly new. It’s only one thing I don’t like if you find something for $100 and you can’t really pay on it I mean your hundred dollar pond turns into $140 pond I don’t think that’s fair but other than that I love the store
