I have been with State Farm since January of 2025 and literally each month my monthly car insurance payment was different each time they’re constantly changing things on the policy without letting you know or without your consent of course they have no explanation on why your insurance is going up for no reason. Now my car insurance with State Farm went up $200 extra so that’s $800, no accidents no tickets so I am so confused on to why my insurance keeps increasing. They definitely don’t care about you as a customer, They tell you one thing just to get you and then later down the line it was a complete lie! I would not recommend for anybody not even my worst enemy!!!!

Diana Rocca: All the years that I had insurance with Dave Kirby. I never had a problem. I relocated to Louisiana so I had to change my insurance. I called canceled my insurance on the seventh. He did not follow through and cancel on my auto pay so I was charged $36 for overdraft, he refuses to pay me the $36. Terrible, terrible service..I let Dave know that I was in the process of closing that checking account so obviously I am letting the balance go down. Dave did not follow through and cancel the auto pay that is mistake not mine, I should not have to pay for it. I will let everyone I know in California not to ever do business with him.

I finally went to a competitor insurance company and discovered I could get exact same coverage for 1/2 the cost on both homeowners and car insurance i.e. matched policy declaration pages between the two companies. I should have checked this out yrs ago. Shame on me ! Farmers is the most expensive insurance around; yet when one turns in a claim, Farmers starts crawling under rocks, fabricating all kinds of hoops for ya to jump through such that its impossible to prove ones lost of property in a burglary, police report makes little difference. All Farmers is interested in is devising ways to get out paying off on claims. I know Ive been through it ! I want to be clear, I think Rich and Marsha are both fine and decent people; its Farmers thats a piece of garbage fabricating /finding every way imaginable to not pay out on valid claims. FARMERS INSURANCE CAN KISS MY YOU KNOW WHAT !!!!
