1 /5 Diana Rocca: All the years that I had insurance with Dave Kirby. I never had a problem. I relocated to Louisiana so I had to change my insurance. I called canceled my insurance on the seventh. He did not follow through and cancel on my auto pay so I was charged $36 for overdraft, he refuses to pay me the $36. Terrible, terrible service..I let Dave know that I was in the process of closing that checking account so obviously I am letting the balance go down. Dave did not follow through and cancel the auto pay that is mistake not mine, I should not have to pay for it. I will let everyone I know in California not to ever do business with him.
