    Diana Rocca: All the years that I had insurance with Dave Kirby. I never had a problem. I relocated to Louisiana so I had to change my insurance. I called canceled my insurance on the seventh. He did not follow through and cancel on my auto pay so I was charged $36 for overdraft, he refuses to pay me the $36. Terrible, terrible service..I let Dave know that I was in the process of closing that checking account so obviously I am letting the balance go down. Dave did not follow through and cancel the auto pay that is mistake not mine, I should not have to pay for it. I will let everyone I know in California not to ever do business with him.

    Duran Joseph (JD - technoman): EXTREMELY OVER PRICED INSURANCE! I finally went to a competitor insurance company and discovered I could get exact same coverage for 1/2 the cost on both homeowners and car insurance i.e. matched policy declaration pages between the two companies. I should have checked this out yrs ago. Shame on me ! Farmers is the most expensive insurance around; yet when one turns in a claim, Farmers starts crawling under rocks, fabricating all kinds of hoops for ya to jump through such that its impossible to prove ones lost of property in a burglary, police report makes little difference. All Farmers is interested in is devising ways to get out paying off on claims. I know Ive been through it ! I want to be clear, I think Rich and Marsha are both fine and decent people; its Farmers thats a piece of garbage fabricating /finding every way imaginable to not pay out on valid claims. FARMERS INSURANCE CAN KISS MY YOU KNOW WHAT !!!!
