Ronny Cortes The worst experience Ive ever had. We had an appointment at 4:20 and 2 other people cut ahead of us. Michelle the lady that had a condescending voice and attitude made my daughter cry after she stated that I had an attitude for helping my father with his application. I let the person in charge know that I was only asking questions and even the employees there, 1 named Elizabeth stated that I was in the wrong while my daughter was crying and hiding behind me. I let them know that I would be filing a complaint with the manager. For being a loyal customer of AAA for almost 10 years, Id expect better.
