I had AAA, which I was paying more with less coverage, and my agent didnt even call me on renewals to ask if I was satisfied. With this agency I get a call on my renewals to make sure I have the right coverages, or any life changes. I even received a birthday card. I love an agency that makes me feel like Im not forgotten or just another number. Pa and her staff are amazing, and are always friendly and welcoming.
