2 /5 Glo Bright: It was ok. Best part was being in a sauna. 10 rooms with one loop video per room. Was told they only change the videos out every 2 months so ur stuck working out to the same workout video over and over again. I can see this getting old quick even if u do back to back workouts in different rooms. They also don’t give u enough time to adjust ur cardio machines before the video starts. You don’t actually get 15 full minutes of cardio either. Last class I did was 13.5 minutes! The yoga and roll out rooms r a little longer. The sauna rooms are made for 3 people but I feel that’s a little too tight. Two would be ideal so you have room to stretch and move about if needed. The sauna rooms also smell like a dirty locker room. Heats up to 130 degrees which, to me, was manageable. I barely broke a sweat after a “15 min” session. Classes r very short. Have to wait for next video to play if u want to work out back to back and u have to sign up for the times. There was a small free weight sections with cables, Trx, and dumbbells which was nice. One bathroom had a shower to rinse off. If using yoga rooms, you have to buy their mats and foam rollers because they r graded for the rooms. $59 per month for one location or u can pay $79 to get access to all. Both membership have guest privileges however guest still have to pay $20 each visit and they can only come during staff hours which is limited. 6 months contract required if u sign up. Some employee and family discount applies. One good thing was that members have access to it 24 hours. Staff was nice but some were more knowledgeable than others. Overall, ok for beginners otherwise I would not recommend it. For me, it was kind of boring. I can’t see myself working out the same videos repeatedly and it only being changed out 3x during ur entire 6 months contract. so I ended up not signing up after the trial.
