I’ve been attending Old Town Yoga for about two months now, and it has quickly become one of the most peaceful and grounding parts of my weekly routine. I started with the Beginner classes, which were the perfect introduction—accessible and supportive. Every instructor I’ve met has personally introduced themselves, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Lately, I’ve been loving the Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga classes. At this stage in my life, I really need something that blends gentle movement with mindfulness—and these classes have been incredible for helping me de-stress. The use of sound bowl therapy, dim lighting, and soft candlelight (battery-operated) creates a deeply soothing experience. The ambience is calming from the moment you step in.
Booking and rescheduling classes through the app is super easy and convenient, which makes it simple to stay consistent. Since starting, I’ve noticed a much calmer demeanor and a renewed sense of peace and optimism in both my business and personal life.
Oh—and shoutout to their Dance Party Yoga! The 80’s throwback theme was so much fun and such a unique way to move and connect with others. Highly recommend Old Town Yoga for anyone seeking balance, relaxation, and a little joy in their day.
