    Heather Holley-Sharp: Old Town Yoga is such a wonderfully friendly place to practice. I found the studio upon my Dr.’s recommendation to further healing after major surgery. She was right! The staff and instructors were incredibly helpful in guiding my practice in a safe way as I continued to heal. They were always willing to answer questions and help me modify until I was ready for the full pose. LOVE this studio and the community it creates!!

    Yollies Artistic Life: I have went to this place on and off on different occasions over a course of a year. Mr. Ron montez is very professional in so many senses and an inspirational individual. He did not tell me to post this or anything as a matter of fact he doesnt know that I came to review him. I am being as unbiased as I can. I have been to several crossfit gyms in Fresno but Ron has the knowledge. He has good expectations at all his clients and it is almost like personal training when he trains people. He cares about his clients and it shows. I worked out there and he makes me make sure that Im accountable of my progress and then I keep track of my numbers. Ron will train you in your specific needs he trains athletes he trains powerlifters he trains all sorts of people all ages. He is very welcoming and unbiased and he treats everybody the same with respect. 5 stars is not enough for him he needs like 10.
