Sold my house recently, wanted to double check on the cancellation, Oh boy ... this bimbo / $20 an hour receptions (take home $15.78 ) was off the roof and rude.... I emailed Melanie, as if I owe them an apology ... wow these people are very unprofessional and acting like how they act at home !!!!!

I cancelled because of the rate increase because my Liberty Mutual policy in California was being transferred to Safeco. Im sure theyre fine as an insurance company, but this was an unfortunate situation where I needed to find a better policy.
