1 /5 rachael valencia: I recently called to inquire about the significant increase in my policy, but I was told they couldn’t provide any information. Shortly after, I was informed that they could no longer speak to me, only to my husband. This has raised concerns about my coverage. If I were to get into an accident, would I still be covered? Can I report an accident if I’m not the primary policyholder, especially since I’m now unable to communicate directly with them?
When did this change take place, preventing them from speaking with me? I’m a registered owner of all the insured vehicles on the policy, yet you’re still able to take payments from me. Given these circumstances, I’ll be removing the two vehicles I drive from your policy.
