Micaela Gonzales This agent helped me get my policy when I first got my house then insurance called said no payment t has been made called him and he said he will call me back will see what is happening 2minths later still nothing 5minths later he answered again and said he will see what’s going on again no follow up for a month I decided to reach out to goose head they were helpful adv of my experience with the rep a week later he calls me says he has to rewrite a new policy so I went ahead and said yes next day he calls says he made a mistake and need to have me sign again 3days later I receive email stating new signatures are required I called him and he said yes my signatures are needed again when I review the policy it went up 300 more he said yes that it’s premium changed so I agreed to sign since I need insurance a month went by and didn’t receive anything from insurance so I called him and nothing left him a voicemail a week later no response called again and waited nothing so. NOw I’m here with no insurance because he has failed to follow up with me

Isaac This Company is a scam, I would not recommend Gettting any type of coverage as the rates are higher than others and they won’t cancel your policy unless you have declaration letter, NOTE: MINE HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED PAST THE 7 Days from mailing date so now they want me to pay almost $200 and it will continue to increase until I receive the paper. I find completely wrong because it’s THEIR JOB to send out the proper paperwork in the time frame they say. THIS PLACE IS A MONEY GRAB BE AWARE and keep looking around
