5 /5 Freya Sydnor: I’ve been going to Get Fit Strength & Conditioning 3 days weekly since January 2023. I truly wish I started this program years ago! I know nothing about weight lifting, however I go to Conner’s classes 6-7am and he coaches you on everything you need to learn to lift weights safely & effectively. We also do lots of conditioning. I love the great variety of conditioning & weight lifting, you won’t get bored. Conner, our coach, is positive, motivational, and has a good sense of humor. And everyone in our group is very supportive & friendly. You will get stronger and more energetic, I even lost some weight. It’s an awesome program!!!
