Theyre bilingual, which made communication super easy for me. I brought in my solid gold ring to be resized, and it was ready in just two days! They did a perfect job—I honestly can’t even tell that they added gold to make it bigger! While I was there, I also found a beautiful necklace and they gave me a great deal on it. I’m so happy with both pieces and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Cheri was welcoming, sweet and funny. She explained the repair process clearly. She assured me that Lance, the owner and sole repair specialist, would take good care of my ring. And he did! Lance worked his magic to make my ring look like new again. I noticed some reviews mentioned same-day service, but my ring took 2-3 weeks. Maybe I visited during a busy time or my ring needed extra TLC, but the wait was well worth it. 10/10

    Debbie Walker: Do not go here!!! This place is horrible and shady beyond words. I bought a mens wedding band. Yesterday. I wasnt going to leave the store with it because my fiancé was not with me. The guy working said just buy it. If its not ok bring it back to any store. The ring did not work out and I tried to return the next day they said no return. I asked several times if its not ok I can bring it back he said yes. Any store. SHADY!!!!!! After 3 phone calls and no answer I went in to speak with the person who sold the ring to me. He said why am I so upset its only 100.00. I said because he told me I could bring it back. He said only for different size. I said no you told me to take it and if it doesnt work I can bring it back. He argued but finally said give me your card. I will give you the money back but its only a hundred dollars I dont know whats the big deal.
