Jasmine Macias Its a good school to study and all. But sometimes the items and products run out, for example, foils, I had to use paper as foils for practice. The place is unsanitary, like the ceiling has stains, the lock room has an open ceiling, very dirty, the lights flickering. May or may not be treated equal, theres just drama sometimes. Overall, its fine. Just the restocking items for students are a must!

Mike Brisson I went in for a haircut and a student named Lily Ford did a fantastic job. She communicated with me very well. If she wasn’t sure about how to do something she would ask her instructor Brandon. I was very impressed with Brandon. Brandon was very knowledgeable in answering Lily’s questions and very complimentary to Lily. Estes is lucky to have him.

Yeraldin A Navarrete Beutiful detailed work done by Miguel this is a tattoo I’ve wanted for a very long time and never came across someone in this area with such an amazing talent and great personality. When I came across his page I fell in love with his work. He will make sure to pay attention to what your looking for and specically what you want to be done, your appt will go by smooth and he will absolutely make you feel welcome. Reid Adams October was so excellent in every way! Got my left nostril pierced from them. Amazing communication, both before, during and after the piercing. Very quick process. Plenty of jewelry to choose from. Very customer/client focused approach and you can tell they really care about your recovery and educating people on piercing care. Discharge instructions were very comprehensive and clear. Responds fairly quickly as well. Setting up appointment was easy too. Very down to earth and approachable person and will 100% be getting another piercing from October in the near future.

Carolyn Weaver My very first nose piercing. October was amazing! She allowed me to take my time looking for a ring. She assured me during the entire process and kept me apprised of each step. In the end she told me to come back if I want to order another piece or I have any questions or concerns. I would definitely return! Not to mention my nose ring looks great!

Sarah Ashley I came to see Steven Galante at Milan institute and 2 times I have got a massage from him and the first massage healed me miraculously. I have for years had circulation and paralyzing issues and after seeing Steven the first time I was able to wiggle my toes for the first time in 8 yrs and it gas also started the process of restoring me into a full healing with my circulation issues. The second time even better as we are now continuing the healing process. Steven is phenomenal, and I would not recommend anyone else for myself. While I also would like to note I have had other massages from different students and they were very nice experiences as well. Thank you kindly to milan institute for your help in teaching practical healers.

Like how I asked if they had the GAOY brand which is South Korean I believe and they said they would look into it! Hope they get a small selection of this brand since its my favorite to use!

MIAH R I like new location. Everyone is very nice. The atmosphere is comfortable & clean. The recliners are so omfortable that I fall asleep!! I try not to but its so nice in there. Ive had my lashes done by both Stephanie & Luz. They always check at the start to ask what Id like to do & they check again when done to make sure I like the results. I feel like their main goal is to make sure I love the result. Highly recommend.

Mrs. S My right eye always lost eyelashes within hours. I paid $175 plus $25 and got them done twice within 7 days. Stephanie is super kind and patient but something is off about the technique or glue. Unfortunately I would not recommend. Thank you for the reply but I had a tummy tuck and cannot side sleep due to a complication (back sleep only). Most of them came out while I working and it was the center of the eyelid. I still appreciate the help. Thanks.

Savanna Sanchez Luz does an amazing job. My lashes last a full 2 weeks. If my lashes didn’t grow so fast, they would last 3 weeks. The girls here are great. It’s a welcoming and professional environment, and the chairs are so comfortable.

michael & sarah jackson Beware! Went two days ago for a manicure/ pedicure. The technician dug into my skin and now I have an infection. I’m supposed to leave on a trip in a few days and can barley stand to walk. Yes it’s cheap and they got me in as a last minute walk in, but I guess this is the cost I paid for going there. :(

Very convenient. 25$ for each of them for a pedicure mini massage, lotion, color combo. And 65$ for myself for gel color. massage, sugar scrub, and a cooling gel. I would recommend this place. ( the way you treat others is the way they’ll treat you. where ever you go. )

Ashly Dittmer Was very disappointed with the full set experience wanted medium length coffin shaped nails with nudes acrylic and a white christmas design. As I walked out my nails looked like a 5 yr old painted them, no nudes acrylic only gel color, nails where very squared and flat, as well as looked like I already needed a fill due to how they where painted and tech had cut the skin in 2 different places on my finger. Then I paid for my sisters as well and the man who was doing them was great but she had requested acrylic powder sprinkled to look like snow which he was very willing to try so I give him credit bit then a lady took over and my sister asked her for the same and she immediately said "No" and put glitter gel polish instead. Throughout the services the tech for my sister used a dirty paper towel and file from a previous customer and my tech used toilet paper( which i have never seen or heard of as i am a cosmetologist and specialist in nails) I spent $270 total and was very unhappy with the entire experience.

Unfortunately from the moment we got there the nail tech seemed upset that we even got there and made ignorant comments towards my mom for not knowing english multiple times, making us feel very uncomfortable. would rate the place zeros stars! Nails were okay except for the few bumps on some nails.

Tiffany Vigario I have been going to Creekside Day Spa every month for several years for an hour long massage, and it has changed my life! Elisa has worked magic on my muscles - I no longer have difficulty with my back, plantar fasciitis is gone, and no more tension headaches! She is super friendly and professional, and the staff is always wonderful as well. I recommend Creekside to all of my friends and family, and especially recommend Elisa for an outstanding massage!!

I went in to get my blackheads/white heads cleaned out and left literally the same. A nose strip would’ve done the same. No difference at all. Upsetting because for the price I at least wanted my nose pores cleaned.

Maria Ellena Vasquez Disappointed. I asked for a regular manicure with a paraffin wax treatment. I explained to the nail tech that the skin on my fingers is really dry. I’m a healthcare worker so I wash my hands a lot. The tech didn’t leave the paraffin on my hands for very long. After she took it off, she spent more time picking the paraffin off of her own nails than she did massaging my hands and arms. Being that they do this kind of thing all the time, I would have thought that a little paraffin on her own nails wouldn’t have bothered her so much. I feel like she could have waited until the end to pick the extra paraffin off her nails and focused on the customer instead . For people who are thinking that it was a lot of paraffin, it wasn’t. It was literally tiny little flakes. The palm of my hand was left looking and feeling really dry, which is bizarre because it wasn’t dry to begin with. It was the area around my fingers that was dry. Those little red specks are nail polish that was left on my hand. On top of that, the water that she had me soak my fingers in before she even started the service was really cold. Maybe this was just a one off experience. I know that Larry or Kim would have done a good job. Maybe I’ll just have to ask for them specifically next time. I like to support local small businesses, but I had the exact same treatment at a Visalia nail place two weeks ago and it was so much better. I’m sorry but the same exact same service, with the exact same price, and much better quality is enough to make me drive to Visalia instead. :(
