2 /5 Fabiola Gonzalez: Called in to cancel my policy and the lady who answered the phone was rude. She told me what steps to take and proceed to give me my policy number. When I asked her if it was also found on my app, she very rudely said “I just gave you the policy number.” When the conversation was over I said thank you and she just hung up on me. My previous agent’s office NEVER did this & I had been with them for over 10 years and was only moved to this agent after she closed her office.
