Juli Santos I would recommend, I do like it but the thing is that they are always late. its not bad but they open at 10:00 and they usually always open 10:10 or up and I would understand if it was once in awhile I get it but everyday? This happened to me today and I just got tried of waiting so if you are going to come here just come at 10:10 if your lucky they will be open if not then just wait until they get there.

From pre-authorization to post-operative follow-up, their team stayed in constant contact with me, ensuring I understood the coverage.

Erin Simonic I am not one to write reviews but I am literally blown away at the incompetence of this agency. We have been dealing with them for the last 6 months and still do not have proper home insurance. Each and every time I call there is a new person to speak to or the office is closed. They do not return calls. In January I paid for a policy, in April I received a letter stating it was cancelled. I have been trying to figure out why for the last 2 months and they have been nothing but worthless in helping. The worst customer service I have ever received.

Jennifer Clingingsmith Horrible. Just horrible. Filled out our insurance with the wrong info. Had the wrong birthdates and primary address. Never notified us that insurance needed to come check the property or they would cancel the policy and we never received notice because they didnt have our primary address or even the correct address for the property. We ended up not having insurance and then were told to get it back would take months which led to us having to pay our mortgage company high rates while they covered the property. Ugh. Then we found another agent and he was able to get coverage for us in a week with the same place that she said would take months. Insane! Run and dont use them. We had one other policy with them and it is being cancelled due to the company no longer covering that zip code. Once again, no notification from her or her team. Luckily they had our correct address and we are finding someone else to work with. Just horrible.

Albert limon Super super super super slow service if you dont have a life come get a quote here they dont know what they are doing at all I was here for 53 min had all paper work ready she keep giving different quotes said it was one price then another she put wrong vehicle vin number...HEY FRED HAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES TAKE SOME CLASSES FOR TYPING. Fabiola Gonzalez Called in to cancel my policy and the lady who answered the phone was rude. She told me what steps to take and proceed to give me my policy number. When I asked her if it was also found on my app, she very rudely said “I just gave you the policy number.” When the conversation was over I said thank you and she just hung up on me. My previous agent’s office NEVER did this & I had been with them for over 10 years and was only moved to this agent after she closed her office.
