Bill Joe Murphy Insurance Services - Sonora Mark Perlson: I had a homeowners policy for my vacation home with them. Last year they forgot to renew, but it was easily resolved. This year they didnt tell me they got a non-renewal, then again forgot to tell me that it had lapsed. I reached out to them to find out that I had been without any insurance for 3 weeks, and they had known about it for ~2 months without telling me. They assured me they would resolve it that day, but never called me back with a quote. Needless to say, Im with a different agent at this point.
