When she raised her voice becoming visibly frustrated with me over simple insurance questions - speaking to me like a I was a child that wasnt obeying her, I left the phone call. She crossed serious boundaries with her behavior.
Response to Owner - I did not get a name but since you only have two female employees as shown on your website and one is related to you with the same last name, I think you could probably figure out who answered the phone with a short fuse and took out their bad day on me without worrying about any consequences.
