1 /5 chase clark: Spoke with office manager. She told me everyone tries to tell their story. I was not. She limited me to her questions. I was not able to tell her the insurance company was ready to settle. She said someone would be in contact within 24 hours. It is now 12/17/2017 with no contact whether they could help me or no. I would not recommend this company. If you cant help someone a simple phone call of a yes or no would have been sufficient if they couldnt help me. I would never contact this firm for any help. As you can see they have 2 reviews. I should have known better.

1 /5 J P: A. Ross was the opposing attorney and his client perjured extensively. If he advised her to lie, it is not clear, but the evidence overwhelmingly was clear that she was lying. And it is probable that A. Ross knew his client was lying extensively, to the point that the judge mentioned there could be slander charges. Perjury is a felony. For a lawyer to put his client at risk of felony charges is not good legal practice. And, they lost.

5 /5 Babette Cooke: I was completely lost trying to help my mom, who has dementia, get a family member out of her house who was taking advantage of her. I was actually in court attempting to get an emergency kick out order when I witnessed Terri represent an elderly gentleman with similar circumstances. I was so impressed with her knowledge, patience, and skill that I sent my husband to go get her business card. What a great decision that was! Terri has guided and helped me and my mom through a very complex and grueling process I would never have know how to navigate. I am truly greatfull for all her help and continued assistance throughout the entire process.

1 /5 Wayanne Mae Kruger: The attorney lied in court. Stated I was served. They knew what I looked like. They served a Hispanic lady, in her 50’s that lived in a old townhouse. And she did not use my real name. I do not blame the client. Everyone told me she hated me. I cannot believe they would lie to the courts I was served!
