1 /5 jjbpv: I was so grateful when I first spoke to this woman on the phone. She gave me hope that she could help me. She asked that I phone her the next morning so she could refer me to an attorney that could help set up a special needs trust. I did phone her back and then she told me she needed more information. When I started giving her the condensed history of the situation she interrupted me just about every sentence. She did not listen well and as a result I had to repeat my self several times. When I asked her a couple of questions to clarify information she was telling me she told me I was giving her a headache and basically gave me the name of another attorney quickly and then hing up on me. I am in a difficult situation involving taking over the care of my adult dependent nephew. I am very disappointed with this service.
