    Spark Smith Electric, Inc.: My name is Trevor Smith I am the owner and operator of Spark Smith Electric. I was struck by a vehicle on December 2nd. A friend recommended a friend of hers that they did a personal development course with as I did the same course. Apparently J Chrisp did the same classes. So I thought we would be in alignment and work together to create the best outcome. So far I have asked to talk to Mr. Chrisp and have never been able to. The law team there has trouble contacting me and keeping me up to date. They said I need to wait until I am healed from my injuries which now 8 months later I’m basically healed and I have minor pain in my knees. It would be great if I could talk to them about this fact but it’s not easy. I don’t have a business card or an email address. They told me they are going after whatever the policy limit is of the other insurance company. Then they will go after my insurance company. I was able to collect workers comp as I self insured for it and since I did they should not be entitled to any of my compensation either. Chrisp should fight for that for me. They should have gone to the two stores of the parking lot I was in and requested video footage of the event and should go after them for their policy limits too as it’s their parking lot and there are no warning signs. If they change their tactics and Mr. Chrisp calls me then maybe I can change my review however as of now I want to find other representation.
