I wanted to take them out to dinner but i was inspired into leaving them a good review. I will be going back there and be doing more frequent business with them for sure. 5 /5 Aubrina Martinez: My wife and I wanted to get new rings for our 10 year anniversary and Myra made it the best experience I have had at any jewelry store. I had an amazing experience at this location on Kings canyon. Myra had the best customer service. She made sure that I got the ring that I actually wanted and adored. Previously, We had went to the Sierra vista location and left because they had terrible service and we felt rushed and judged. Myra did more than make up for a bad experience at the other location. I will definitely be going back and referring people to the kings canyon location. The store was very clean.

Jeannette Young: Terrible quality and service. I ordered a name necklace for my daughter, and they got the design wrong the first time. We had to go back and wait another few days for the correction. When we finally picked it up, my daughter wore it for just a few hours and the rope chain snapped. I went back expecting them to make it right, but instead, they tried to charge me to fix it. The owner flat-out told me that “any of those chains can break at any time” as if that’s acceptable! That tells you everything you need to know about the quality of jewelry he’s selling and how little he cares once he has your money. Extremely disappointed

She kept us updated throughout because we were facing a travel deadline. Its rare to see this level of effort and diligence, at least for me, and its appreciated.
