2 /5 Emily Wang: I brought my wedding and engagement band in to be resized, and received help from one of the guys in the store, who was super helpful the day I brought my rings in. After receiving my rings and wearing them for a few days, I decided to call the store back to see if there was anything they could do in working with me to get the sizing a bit better. Unfortunately, the lady that picked up the phone was extremely rude, kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my situation and question, and was not open at all to anything aside from me dropping off my rings and paying for a full new set of services. I had an okay experience going in to the store, but sadly did not enjoy the experience thereafter in continuing to use them as my jeweler.

They took the time to listen to my ideas for a custom necklace to celebrate my holy confirmation. Within just a few weeks, they brought my vision to life with a stunning Virgin Mary and rose pendant. But they didnt stop there – they surprised me with an additional inscription and a 3D image of Jesus on the back. Its beyond beautiful! I cant thank them enough for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. Im thrilled with my pendant and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

David Anderson: INCOMPETENCE: I took two watches that were in operating condition except for needing new batteries to this shop. I asked for the batteries to be replaced. When the watches were brought back to me, one had the stem used to adjust the time and date jammed in place and immovable. I was informed the other watch would not work even with a new battery. The second watch was given to me with the back cover taped to the watch because the cover would not reattach. So I took the watches to a store down the street called Jewelry Repair Newport Beach. The owner/operator is Swiss trained. He quickly diagnosed the problems caused by the Tustin Jewelry Mart and fixed them for a reasonable price. Moral of the story: Don’t take a watch to the Tustin Jewelry Mart for battery replacement or repair. My experience is they don’t know what they are doing and may well break what isn’t broken.
