Travis Credit Union - Antioch Marie P.: The issue I had was with their online banking log in. I went to their office on Lone Tree 3x total. The 2nd time, we tried resolving by making another user name & pw. It worked, for 5 min. after that it was on & off when it would work. I tried their IT dept. also, no avail. The log in ONLY worked when I was at THEIR office using their wi-fi. I got tired of the same answer, "thats weird." No, not weird because it can be corrected. Since there were 2 log in names, all that had to be done was remove the other user name. IT said it was done. No it wasnt because each time I went to there, the old log in would work but only at the office. I waited patiently for 7 months then I left. In case anyone runs into this issue, be adamant and persistent with IT as this can be revolved in a matter of minutes. Im sure the rest of the bank services are fine.
