5 /5 Sophia Hanke: I was informed on the phone since I submitted a dispute I would have to get a new card from a branch. When I received the phone call from corporate it was already 1:30 on a Saturday. I looked for the closet branch and found this one, they were going to be closing at 2pm. I went in and was greeted. I sat down and waited. At around 1:45/1:50 James was able to help me get a new debit card. He was so friendly. I apologized for coming in last minute and he assured me that it was okay. He didn’t rush me and was really polite. This was my first time experiencing this branch and he did a wonderful job! Thank you James!
