She got the job done in less than 30 days. From the credit approval to funding! All it took was one call to Ranae and now I am in my new home! BAD CREDIT... GOOD CREDIT.. SHE WILL TALK YOU THROUGH IT ALL. She is on top of her game when it comes to service and getting the job done. She makes you feel taken care of and that never happens when it comes to you borrowing money. A great example of her sense of urgency: the housing market was so slim that every time I found a home I was having to over offer and every time I needed a new prequalification she got it to me right away. The man who was “helping” me made some very unnecessary comments not only further embarrassing me but also insinuating that I need to “listen better” to do well in the job I needed the finger prints for. The prices online as well are misleading and I had to pay more than what I was led to believe. So not only do I not recommend them but I will never be going here again nor doing any type of business with them.

Marie P.: The issue I had was with their online banking log in. I went to their office on Lone Tree 3x total. The 2nd time, we tried resolving by making another user name & pw. It worked, for 5 min. after that it was on & off when it would work. I tried their IT dept. also, no avail. The log in ONLY worked when I was at THEIR office using their wi-fi. I got tired of the same answer, "thats weird." No, not weird because it can be corrected. Since there were 2 log in names, all that had to be done was remove the other user name. IT said it was done. No it wasnt because each time I went to there, the old log in would work but only at the office. I waited patiently for 7 months then I left. In case anyone runs into this issue, be adamant and persistent with IT as this can be revolved in a matter of minutes. Im sure the rest of the bank services are fine.

Emerald Malijan - ONeill: very disappointed with Margret Ann Johnson the agent who was a referral to me and my husband from a very good friend of mine. After getting my husband approved. (pushy and was calling only when it was good for her) I needed some help with my own life insurance getting approved and she was very un responsive. Ive left several messages to her Main line in the Antioch office, emails, voicemails no respond from anyone. Very poor value and not professional at all. I had to go with someone else in the Benicia Primerica Office to have him help me with blood work for the approval and also helped me with my parents life insurance. Do not deal with Margret Ann Johnson and her branch in Antioch. P.S someone needs to tell her to pause sometimes when speaking instead of saying "ums".
