He asked to keep it for a few days to give it some thought and was able to find a solution. It belonged to my other and now I can wear it at my daughters wedding. Unfortunately the links wore out and she actually lost it twice. Joe told us if we had patience and left it with him he would find a solution. A few weeks later my wife had her bracelet back absolutely better than new with each link separately remade. Knowing gold work I can tell you this was no simple task as these are not simple links on this expensive bracelet. I recommend Joe highly not only for his high skill but because he just plain cares. She even pointed out that I kept gravitating towards a certain ring just by the way I was putting it on. I ended up getting that one and it was resized and ready for pick up in 3 hours! Perla Castro: Tina helped me get my white gold ring resized from a size 6 to 7.5 in under 30 minutes. Once we determined the right size, she personally walked me over to her uncle’s repair booth. I really appreciated being able to watch the entire process and never losing sight of my ring. The resizing cost was $50. Highly recommend! The booth is located toward the back of Suite 14.
