Manning32 Manning001: Nice people, nice bank,good customer service, horrible hours though. They are literally open from 9-5 and not open on the weekends. Makes it hard when the working person, works 8-5. Have to take my lunch brake to go to the bank or go to the next town thats open on the weekends. And if you deposit on Friday dont expect it processed tell Tuesday I dont know what that deal is about that so I cant blame the bank entirely.

The Mess Ender: I’ve been with Wells Fargo since 1974 when my mother put me on her acct. my family has had a trust and I’ve recently lost my Mom, my rock. Mitch is my advisor and I am disappointed in Wellsfargo’s internal issue with helping me cover my checking acct with my brokerage dividends. Mitch out my Mom into a brokerage acct situation that did not pay her the dividends she previously has and Mitch decide to just give her money from the principal to make up the difference she lost from moving her tax free bonds to a mutual situation. My Mom trusted Mitch and so I had to too. And now she’s gone and Mitch laughed at me when I brought this all up and did not help me with my checking acct or brokerage acct. I took care of my Mom until the end in our home that’s also in the trust and has a reverse mortgage with WellsFargo too. It’s a mess. There’s no protection. Mitch did not contact me at all while the account was helping keep our inhome nursing going. Mitch did not know his customer at all. Nor did he work to protect me the eventual recieved of my Papas gifts. I do wish to grow our trust money and yet need to survive at this point the taxes are due. Not happy in colusa ca

Patrick Delaney: Tried to switch to my wifes bank account for autopay after 5 yrs of using my account. Do not know why it wouldnt work but still didnt work after 3 different attempts. Offered to mail them the payment and they told me not to do it, they would get it worked out. Finally had to switch it back to my account to get them paid, then they reported me as 30 days delinquent to all agencies the day after I paid them. Asked them to remove it and they told me no, despite an excellent past payment history and proof that I had tried multiple times to pay them multiple different ways. Even tried using a debit card to pay them but they do not accept that method. They a heartless, soulless heathens.

Briana Faris: I loved our loan officer, Brian and he was really the only saving grace. Having my loan serviced by land home financial has been really exhausting. Every phone call with these people has been a rollercoaster. Between failure to follow through, to inaccurate information provided by reps, I’m absolutely shocked they’re in business. I have spent over $150 in postage alone because they’re too cheap to pay for labels and we’ve sent the same insurance checks back and forth 6 times. I have more than one open issue with them that has yet to be acknowledged, let alone resolved. Even down to the basic application of payments, they’ve failed massively. Even to this day my loan has been satisfied for over a month and I’m yet to receive a satisfaction letter. I’m currently on hold with them for 40 minutes and haven’t spoken to a person. This isn’t even the first time. If you’re considering LHFS so you can have the small business, customer service experience, I beg you to look elsewhere. While the loan officer we worked with it was absolutely amazing, it simply did not translate to servicing. Commitment after commitment and deadline after deadline were missed, without as little as good customer service to make up for it. I liked our loan officer so much that I strongly considered holding back on writing this, but my experience was so bad that it felt unethical to hold back.

John Garcia: I’ve worked with many financial institutions in the past but Regional Finance was hands down the easy to work with. Daniel as a finance officer was incredible. Guided me through the breakdown of the loan and didn’t try to sugarcoat any of the fine print like most financial companies do. I can’t say anything more on how great Daniel and Regional Finance, I just wish more institutions had the same ethics.
