Patrick Delaney: Tried to switch to my wifes bank account for autopay after 5 yrs of using my account. Do not know why it wouldnt work but still didnt work after 3 different attempts. Offered to mail them the payment and they told me not to do it, they would get it worked out. Finally had to switch it back to my account to get them paid, then they reported me as 30 days delinquent to all agencies the day after I paid them. Asked them to remove it and they told me no, despite an excellent past payment history and proof that I had tried multiple times to pay them multiple different ways. Even tried using a debit card to pay them but they do not accept that method. They a heartless, soulless heathens.

Briana Faris: I loved our loan officer, Brian and he was really the only saving grace. Having my loan serviced by land home financial has been really exhausting. Every phone call with these people has been a rollercoaster. Between failure to follow through, to inaccurate information provided by reps, I’m absolutely shocked they’re in business. I have spent over $150 in postage alone because they’re too cheap to pay for labels and we’ve sent the same insurance checks back and forth 6 times. I have more than one open issue with them that has yet to be acknowledged, let alone resolved. Even down to the basic application of payments, they’ve failed massively. Even to this day my loan has been satisfied for over a month and I’m yet to receive a satisfaction letter. I’m currently on hold with them for 40 minutes and haven’t spoken to a person. This isn’t even the first time. If you’re considering LHFS so you can have the small business, customer service experience, I beg you to look elsewhere. While the loan officer we worked with it was absolutely amazing, it simply did not translate to servicing. Commitment after commitment and deadline after deadline were missed, without as little as good customer service to make up for it. I liked our loan officer so much that I strongly considered holding back on writing this, but my experience was so bad that it felt unethical to hold back.

Guided me through the breakdown of the loan and didn’t try to sugarcoat any of the fine print like most financial companies do. I can’t say anything more on how great Daniel and Regional Finance, I just wish more institutions had the same ethics.

I think they have a way to see who is calling and that way they dont answer you. Karen L. Fisher: If I could give this company a zero rating I would. Working with Adam Ghinazzi has been one of the worst experiences Ive had when it comes to working with investment advisors. He never returns phone calls, still has an old contact name and e-mail attached to the accounts and has consistently ignored client instructions. His poor customer service led to a large amount of money getting misdirected and it is taking months to fix the problem. Its been extremely stressful working with him. I hope his company will do something to improve the level of service so no other client has to experience this level of frustration and of being ignored. Clients deserve better. Im a trustee and Im settling the estate for Adams client. Out of respect for all the years he worked with this client, I would expect him to be responsive to the needs of the current situation which is making sure the money is distributed properly so the heirs can receive their money.
