Land Home Financial Services, Inc. - Concord Briana Faris: I loved our loan officer, Brian and he was really the only saving grace. Having my loan serviced by land home financial has been really exhausting. Every phone call with these people has been a rollercoaster. Between failure to follow through, to inaccurate information provided by reps, I’m absolutely shocked they’re in business. I have spent over $150 in postage alone because they’re too cheap to pay for labels and we’ve sent the same insurance checks back and forth 6 times. I have more than one open issue with them that has yet to be acknowledged, let alone resolved. Even down to the basic application of payments, they’ve failed massively. Even to this day my loan has been satisfied for over a month and I’m yet to receive a satisfaction letter. I’m currently on hold with them for 40 minutes and haven’t spoken to a person. This isn’t even the first time. If you’re considering LHFS so you can have the small business, customer service experience, I beg you to look elsewhere. While the loan officer we worked with it was absolutely amazing, it simply did not translate to servicing. Commitment after commitment and deadline after deadline were missed, without as little as good customer service to make up for it. I liked our loan officer so much that I strongly considered holding back on writing this, but my experience was so bad that it felt unethical to hold back.
