5 /5 Alan Liu: I did a free trial and it was great. That was my first ever personal training session, so the review might be biased. Jae asked my goals and then set my expectations on what muscles to focus on as a beginner. I think he’s knowledgeable about human bodies, as he was able to adjust my positions but more importantly explain why. I like how they end each session with a message. Overall, this gym has a pleasant atmosphere, and trainers are attentive. Free parking is a plus (at least during weekday lunch time).
