I initially had an issue because the rep I created a policy with (later ended up relocating to another branch) accidentally gave me a 6 month policy rather than the year I wanted. When I called them Michelle totally understood w no fuss and gave me the year policy on the spot over the phone. Sometimes with these insurance companies it’s hard to get great service without your pockets getting a bit lighter but she hooked it up w ease!! Five stars. Boom.
