I honestly wouldnt have started my policy here if I wasnt already a loyal customer of Kemper Infinity! So, heres a little tip! DOWNLOAD THE KEMPER INFINITY APP!! So, when you need to do simple things like PAY YOUR BILL or add a vehicle or call for roadside assistance, you can freely do so without having to pay a bunch of unnecessary fees!

1 /5 Sunshine 48: None of the employees can help with anything. The lady that was in the office was not engaging and did not offer to help with anything at all. This insurance company is full of people who does not prioritize their clients needs before their own good. Im switching insurance as soon as my claim is resolved. Im never recommending or looking back at this insurance.

5 /5 Michael Brienzo: I have been with this company for over 10 years and had multiple changes made to my policies and added and dropped cars with out any issues. Tony has always been the best in the business. He gets me the best coverage and best price available and has always had answers for my questions. I highly recommend Tony and his team at quality general to anyone who is looking for coverage. I know it sounds like a commercial ad but they really are the best around. Give them a shot and you will see!

She responds " I am the manager" like she has the authority to talk to DISRESPECTFULLY!! I am a payed customer! Dont think you can speak to me some type of way! Then she doesnt want to give me her bosses number then acts like shes the victim... Rocio then tells me "maam please stop being rude"! EXCUSE ME?! First of all lets not twist the truth your the one being SUPER RUDE ROCIO!!

Despite submitting my fingerprints in a timely fashion for my employer, I was told that they only saved the prints and not actually submitted them to the DOJ. After waiting 10 days, I contacted them to inquire about the status and was informed that they would submit the results 10 days after I went down and gave them. I was already frustrated that I couldnt start work due to their mistake, and when I asked if they could expedite the process, they refused. When I expressed my disappointment and explained the impact their error was having on me (Im without a paycheck and waiting indefinitely for the results), their response was nonchalant and unapologetic. They seemed to brush off the issue as a simple mistake. Be warned: this establishment is incompetent and doesnt care about the consequences of their mistakes. If you value your time and your livelihood, avoid this place at all costs.
