CIRCA78TEES Bee: WARNING: Do not go to this live scan fingerprinting location. I recently had a terrible experience here. Despite submitting my fingerprints in a timely fashion for my employer, I was told that they only saved the prints and not actually submitted them to the DOJ. After waiting 10 days, I contacted them to inquire about the status and was informed that they would submit the results 10 days after I went down and gave them. I was already frustrated that I couldnt start work due to their mistake, and when I asked if they could expedite the process, they refused. When I expressed my disappointment and explained the impact their error was having on me (Im without a paycheck and waiting indefinitely for the results), their response was nonchalant and unapologetic. They seemed to brush off the issue as a simple mistake. Be warned: this establishment is incompetent and doesnt care about the consequences of their mistakes. If you value your time and your livelihood, avoid this place at all costs.
