4 /5 Frank OConnor: Like most stores in the area, they have limited inventory and selection, but what they do have is really nice! The ladies working were all friendly and super efficient and effective in helping my friend choose some earrings. They were all very professional and nice! The products here are all decently high-quality and priced pretty well. A nice store.

5 /5 Happy Fish: Just want to thank Rebecca and Deb for helping me out with the pinch I was in. I needed a gift fast and called to see if they had it at the store, they did not, but Rebecca ordered it for me and got it to me in the time frame promised. Deb was involved cuz I called worried that I would not get it, she called to find out what was going on and she to assured me that it was for next day delivery. Welp I indeed did get it the next day thanks to Rebecca and Deb. But moreover it was their lovely attitudes that really shined through. Thank you ladies and thank you Brighton for always seeming to have the perfect gift.

5 /5 Jovan M: This is my second time purchasing an item from the store. When I tell you that the customer service is second to none, I mean it. I am so pleased with not only the product, of course, but the customer service folks are phenomenal. All of the representatives there are amazing. I work with Deborah this last time, and Connie is the reason why I came back. Their attention to detail is divine and I love that my gift can be completely custom. They wrap my gift to the T, and gave me a birthday card to support my gift. While I was there I had plenty of cold water and fresh cookies. Well worth the $350 spent!!
