He is very kind, and is especially helpful, and really cares about making his customers happy, and making sure all needs are met, all questions are answered, and all problems are addressed with the best of his ability. He went out of his way to help me find a really good and more affordable deal on my car, knowing I needed help urgently and couldnt do it later- he focused on my situation to resolve things right away.
