An Cheng: Brought my watch in for battery replacement. The man quote $10 so I approve and he took watch to hand off to man in the back. It took over 15 mins to get my watch back. When I got it back the band was a bit warped and very dirty w/visible black stains over my rose gold band. I dont think they change many watch batteries even though they advise they do. I wouldnt recommend this jeweler for battery changes. Unless you dont mind getting minor damages to your watch.

Kree Morrison: I was shopping for a jade bracelet after walking around the jewelry area for a bit. I was nervous to approach some of the booths but I saw the WONDERFUL lady sitting at the booth (I forgot to ask for her name :( ) but she was so helpful. I told her another lady was trying to charge way too much for one jade bracelet and she was more willing to help and wanted to find the right bracelet that fit me. She explained what the jade bracelet does and was very transparent with the prices. She even said I could wear two bracelets and I was sold!!! I ended up getting a purple jade and green jade and the lady sized me correctly and put the bracelets on with no problem. 10/10 recommend this jewelry stand to anyone looking for any type of jewelry! Definitely will be the only place I get my jewelry from, from here on out!!!!

Sandra Cruz: Very unhappy, I bought my daughter a custom 14k gold name for $400 plus $70 for the rings. Thought the price was reasonable since I had shopped around. But it ended up being a little less than 1.5 inches, 1.8 grams and very thin. The manager told me to come back and see what she can do and when I went back she had me deal with the original sales person who said all they could do is upgrade for an additional $450.00. I walked out of there obviously with my tiny name.They showed and had my daughter try on a name there before we ordered which was bigger, that’s what I thought I was getting. They should have showed and explained what they showed was different price. But I was clear on what I wanted to spend and they just wanted to make a sale. Learned my lesson. Never buying from there again.
