Not only is Brett an incredible business owner, but he is also so giving to the community and involved nonprofits that he donates to. Brett both gave amazing advice when it came to picking out the perfect rings and also would put on his “dad hat” at times to give his opinion as a fatherly figure. She got through the submission for the replacement super easily and quickly. Verified my account and even showed us a few other chains that might work with the pendant whose chain was being sent out to be fixed. The chain was perfect and showed us how to adjust it. She was very sweet through the whole transaction and honestly I may come back here again to see what else they have.
