1 /5 Stephen Daniel: Horrendous customer services! As a member of various banks, the service I experienced here was the worst I have ever encountered. The level of unprofessionalism from the rude and miserable worker who reluctantly tolerated my presence was made evident by her unwillingness to listen, her constant interruptions and her adamant persistence at a lack of eye contact, a dismissive tone and attitude, and her unwillingness to do her job as a teller and seek to illuminate her own ignorance with the knowledge befitting her profession. As the face of the credit union in question, her conduct stains the image of the institution and her lack of compassion and the abhorrent behavior expressed should influence any individual considering placing their finances at this business to strictly look elsewhere. A company that is blind to proper customer service and the value of kindness cannot be trusted to produce a business that will look out for your best interests, as clearly demonstrated by the in-person experience you will encounter here.
