3 /5 Shadow: This gym started with a great concept, but quality has declined while the price climbs to nearly $180/ month. Unfortunately, the basics arent being handled. The mens bathroom often runs out of toilet paper, theres no soap provided in the showers, and theres no complimentary drinking water-which is shocking for a premium-priced gym. The AC is weak, making it uncomfortable to train, and there are only 5-7 cardio machines, leading to constant wait times. Some indoor equipment feels cheap or unstable, raising safety concerns. The outdoor gym, once promised in Phase 3, is now closed with rusted, neglected equipment. Theyre now pushing lifestyle add-ons like a juice bar, hair salon, and car wash, but these feel like distractions from core issues. What members really need is clean, safe, well-maintained facilities and properly stocked essentials. This gym continues to promise a high-end experience but consistently underdelivers. Hard to recommend at this point.

Equipment is good and maintained well, now sometimes Equipment can be out of service but hey its normal wear and tear, Friendly staff and clean facility. Over all good gym to work out at and never crowded

The staff is always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything you need. They also offer a great law enforcement discount. Whether you’re a beginner or a dedicated lifter, this gym is truly the perfect place to reach your goals. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Christian Minjares: All-One Gym in Lakewood is an excellent Gym! I love the modern, clean look that this place! David is a great worker there and introduced me to this gym which I was really impressed with. They have many different types of weights, machines and workout areas that are available to use. I would definitely recommend to come try out All-One Gym if you are looking to improve on yourself through exercise. 5 Stars!

I came in wanting to work on posture and strength, and ended up doing Muay Thai and a bit of boxing, as well! Michael is an excellent trainer and has helped me so much - I definitely feel stronger and more confident. I havent been to any other Equinoxes so I cant say how the location compares, but I can highly recommend the training!

Afshin Azadikhah: Very Poor Customer Service at LA Fitness – South Lake Avenue I had a really disappointing experience at this LA Fitness location. The front desk staff didn’t bother to greet me at all. She looked at me, then immediately looked back down without saying a single word. No “hello,” no “welcome,” not even a simple “thank you.” It felt rude, unprofessional, and completely uninviting. For a gym that charges monthly membership fees, the least they can offer is basic courtesy. This type of attitude creates a bad first impression and makes the whole place feel unwelcoming. I hope management addresses this issue because members deserve better service.

Antik Gayane: listen.....I truly was hoping not having to do this again, but….I guess disappointments and disasters at this gym is inevitable. After my last complaint 90% of issues magically went away. I’m not sure if it was due to the management change or corporate, but I was happy. It was during the time when, forgive me if I don’t remember her name, Jessica or jazmine - the girl with the cute blondish ponytails - I think was the front desk manager . Just her customer service skills alone was exquisite. We always had paper towels in the bathroom; soap in the dispensers; cleanliness throughout the whole gym; bacteria wipes at all times; and equipment was pretty much maintained properly. With this manager, it’s the complete opposite version of the prior manager. She is a complete disaster on all levels…..!if I were to report some of her comments made when members, including myself bring up their complaints and concerns, she will definitely get fired. I do not and would NOT want her to get fired because I don’t need any negative karma in my life. All I could say about my last encounter with her in regards to the complete removal of the paper towels were disgustingly sarcastic, and condescending that left me flabbergasted. Every single LA fitness gym has paper towels and wipes. Ever since she got here, she’s been complaining about the paper towels and wipes…. Pontificating on how members are abusing it….and that it’s not fair…Magically, we have no paper towels anymore at this location. Mind you, most of the time, we also have no wipes. This is disgusting. I noticed that most members now are just using toilet seat covers for paper towels, which is a pretty good idea.
