5 /5 Kait Dunton: Have been training with Michael Gilliam for over six months now and it has been really fun and helpful. I came in wanting to work on posture and strength, and ended up doing Muay Thai and a bit of boxing, as well! Michael is an excellent trainer and has helped me so much - I definitely feel stronger and more confident. I havent been to any other Equinoxes so I cant say how the location compares, but I can highly recommend the training!
