She went out of her way to remind me that my previous card needed to be updated soon to a Flare account and we did it that day. I look forward to being helped by her each time I go in. Ms. Esbeyde was super supportive and nice. Sure do appreciate her just going the extra mile to make sure I gotten the help I needed. She was really nice and cute too. If she wasn’t getting word about being a manager well it’s definitely deserving.

She greeted everyone that came in warmly. The line moved smoothly all while answering phone calls that came in. When you go into this place , look for CAROLYN. Excellent customer service!

Even just shy of closing time Carolyn was still attentive, efficient, but most of all kind. She even noticed my birthday was this weekend and wished me a happy birthday.
