Jaime The reason this place gets 5 stars is because of the old Woman that did my toes. She got into the sides and cleared out the gunk that had been left behind from previous salons. And it didn’t hurt!!!!!

Heather Barnes Best place in Madera to get manicure and pedicure..!! Absolutely LOVE IT..!! Had to make An appointment and when I got here it was actually my time to be seen instead of still having to wait like the other places the owner who took care of me was GREAT..!! She took her time and listened to what I wanted and even held a good conversation instead of just being awkwardly quiet the whole time..!! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would..!! I am beyond satisfied with my experience here..!!

Lupe Perez I called too make an appointment and the lady told me they didnt have any openings, she didnt offer anything after that, she just hung up. That was my 2nd attempt to schedule. The 1st time I stopped by a few days before and the same thing happened. Definitely needed to work on customer service skills.

Karina Exceptional customer service! Ive been to a lot of pedicure places before but this place takes their time with cleaning and prepping the nails. They are generous with the scrub and exfolitated my feet and legs. They use a warm towel to remove the product. The massage felt great and I almost fell asleep. I love their attention to detail. They even asked if I liked the color after it was on a nail before adding the nail color to the rest. I only got the regular pedicure for $45 but left feeling like I got the deluxe!

Mayra Esquivel Horrible customer service. I went in to get my nail color changed. Multiple people came as walk-ins after me. I guess since the service I was requesting wasnt going to fill their pockets, they helped everyone else but me. I dont mind waiting but they had me wait 3 hours! If they didnt want to help me they could have just said so instead of wasting my time. The guy at the front knew what he was doing because he would look at me each time he called over a walk-in that obviously was there way after me. Not to mention, they tell you the wait is 15-30 minutes but in reality its more like a 1-1 1/2 hour wait if you have an appointment. I walked out when somebody showed up as a walk in and was helped before me, who had been waiting for 3 hours already. I will never go back and hope nobody else has to go through the same.

Cindy Guzman I have been coming consistently to this nail salon since the opened. They do amazing and beautiful nails I always leave so happy and I’m excited to come back. They are quick and efficient They are always so nice to both me and my mom. I am always sending people their way whenever I get compliments on my nails. Love to both of the owners and their staff

Isabella De Castro Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had. My nails are uneven and crooked. The gel on my toes was not cured fully, my full set was nothing like what I asked for the nail technician didn’t bother to clean up the gel before curing, so now my nails look dirty.

Heaven Ramirez I will definitely be back. I’m so obsessed with the cat eyes that she has and specifically this set. I literally don’t wanna sleep because I just wanna look at my nails all day and all night! Obsessed! I also got cat eye on my toes. Total amount was 103 but I tipped him $55 because her customer service is out of this world. She’s so patient with me yet she’s so fast at her craft. Every nail is very symmetrical!

Krystal V I chose this place cause of the reviews. It started off good. But the end was horrible. I asked her to fix the polish on my skin. The lady blamed me that I bent my foot back when she’s the one that put both my feet in the UV light and she even cut me when she tried to fix it. And she tried to charge me full price. DON’T GO HERE!!! Don’t even think it was sanitized.

Stephanie Alves-Amaral Loved this place and the lady who owns it. She was terrific. She did a wonderful job on my nails and she is very empathetic. I was just passing through returning from seeing my sick mother and needed a repair on the way home.she stayed open for me and I learned about her life . We have similar events in our past so we connected on a level I dont usually connect with my manicurists. Thank you so much.

Courtney Berk Great exeprince. Cleanest in Madera. I went on a Saturday morning and they get very busy. Would suggest making an appt! Very clean an great work. They do dip too! My favorite part was the hot stone massage with the pedicure. I found a new favorite place!

Makayla Halsall I had I think the owner (male) start and he did the shaping and the full set of my nails while the girl in the front finished up and she would do the design I wanted. I really like how time efficient they are. I love the shape they gave me, the girl did almost exactly the reference picture I sent. Overall really good experience. I was only charged 60$ which is fair for a full set + gel + design.

mary cisneros Are you looking for 5 star luxury experience this is it. The salon is clean and sanitized. Complimentary mimosas and water are available durning your service. I have had pedicures, acrylics, and Gel X with different nail technicians and they’ve all done exceptionally well. I received the best sliver package pedicure today by my nail technician Ivy. She was delicate durning my old gel removal and very careful. Not to mention totally sweet. We even color matched my set. I am not one boast about feet but this last pedicure was just chef’s kiss! I’m ready for the holidays!

Katherine West I love going to Sam to get my nails dipped. He is so sweet and I love the convo with him. He always helps me figure out what to do with my nails and truly takes his time to make sure they are just right. I enjoy my me time here!

Sophia Lee This was my 1st time going there. I took my disabled mother there who has been happy getting acrylic nails for several years. I dont remember my nail techs name, but she was very friendly, great manicure and gel polish. I will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend.

Maris Jones Love coming to Fashion Nails! My gel nails always look natural, not thick and gloppy! They got me in on time and got me out within the hour since I had previously dip and had to wait for them to soak. Im very satisfied with my new nails!
