Mel I thought this was a good plave but it is now under new management. I ould normally come here to get mt nails done and pedicure so i did as normal at first the service wast the best but not to bad well ehen i went to pay i always pay with a debit card and the the lady asked do you have cash i said no i always pay with a credit card here so she said she was going to charge me and i said that was fine then the new owner said next time bring cash i saif why you have a cc machine there and i always pay with a cc she kept telli g me just next time bring cash i said dont worry there wont be a next time then she proceeded to talk ish in her language i would not recomend this place after new management to top it off the lady messed up on my pedicure and she hurt me.

Noemi Garcia-Umana Wanted to give this place a try. There are 2 people in line, I ask for pedicures and manicure. The older lady is done with the person ahead of me and starts to do my pedicure with the same gloves as the previous person. I asked if she was going to change her gloves and she seemed upset for me asking.. she said yes and then went to the laundry room to sanitize her tools. I honestly believe she was going to use dirty tools on me. Well, another person walled in, and she didnt change her gloves and used the dirty tools she used on me.. I didnt want a manicure after that.

Genesis Da Silva Amazing job! My nail tech today was Ivy. Last time I was here it was Helen, but she was off today. It’s nice to know the quality is the same no matter the tech! They both did an amazing job. My mom and I love coming here. We spent $120 total for 2 fills and a gel manicure with tip.

MissBexx UPDATE 9/20/24: Again, I bled by the same nail lady this time from tweezers. Its beginning to be hard to go back and I hate to be that person to turn down a nail tech due to bad experiences but I should NEVER BLEED at a nail salon! Original review: The salon is always beautifully decorated and clean. They have decent prices and they play family appropriate content in English like AGT on the TV which I love.. Unfortunately, they only have uv ray gel machines & some techs know little English. I enjoy getting discount text messages, it really lures me into the salon. There is a nice young male tech who takes his time and does a good job & knows more English but his massage is very light unless you ask him to go harder. There is a much older female tech maybe in her 60s who does a nice job but is painfully slow. Id rather get out of the chair sooner than later. Today, I Had a young female do my manicure and unfortunately she cut my skin with the drill. They took precautions thereafter & soaked my wound with this infection control liquid which did not burn. I refused to place my newly wounded finger into the gel machine for my own health precaution and they kindly gave me a regular polish on that finger and said I could come by in a few days to change it for gel. They also provided me with a design that I requested and I was overall satisfied but the experience could have been better.

Amanda Ortiz Absolutely love every team member who works at this nail spa! They all greeted me with the best smiles and attitudes. They made me feel like we were friends for 20 years! I felt so comfortable and welcomed. The vibe in this shop is fun, happy and blessed! My nail tech asked me questions about exactly what I wanted and made sure to check in with me to make sure I was happy. I wish Bella the owner would duplicate her business and customer service team in several different locations. Such a great experience when youre looking to be pampered. And dont pass up the hot stone massage they do on your feet and legs! Such an amazing feeling/massage!

Tiana G Not only are they not nice, the lady doing my manicure was so rough with me and did not even do a good job. She cut my skin so far back, I started bleeding a lot. She called me a "baby" just because I said it was starting to burn. She then proceeded to annoyingly put a bandaid on me, ruining my manicure. She did not file my nails evenly and a couple of my nails were not painted the full layer. I wont be coming back here.

Yolanda Muniz I had booked an appointment with Rosa. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and waited to be seated while she finished the person she was working on. However, she then told me that she had another appointment already at the same time as mine and that someone else would do my pedicure for me even though I had specifically booked the appointment with her, since last time I was not satisfied with the other ladies work. This is the second time she has done this. She does not respect people’s time and rescheduling/cancelling last minute when I’m already there in person is unacceptable.

Erica Millan They do eyebrow as well she did a job that I could of done not a very good one I told her to shape them not clean them up then told me to color them in I explained that thats not what I asked for then she refused to fix them she did a horrible job never will go back

griscelda telles They did a horrible job on my pedicure. It’s all sloppy . They charge 42 for a luxurious pedi & the massage chairs don’t even work . The nail polish they used on me is probably old AF. I was gonna get a set of acrylic nails but after I saw my pedicure, I was like oh hell no. I told the lady no thank you I think I just want the pedicure. It’s dirty.. DONT GO STAY AWAY

Angelica Ortega I went in on a Saturday morning for a self care since having my first baby. I got my pedicure done but walked out with an ingrown on my left toe. While the lady worked on the pedicure, I noticed it hurt l. So when I looked down, I saw how it was bleeding from the side. At first I thought maybe I’m too sensitive. Not only that, when she was done and went to get the disposable sandal. My right big toe touched the side of my toe and got smudge. She just brushed it off. I didn’t really care for it and wasn’t going to wait to get it re done. Well, once I got home and later that day, my left toe began to hurt. Come to find out it began to bleed when I applied pressure while picking up my baby. It’s all bad. Will try to reach out and see if they offer a refund or store credit but I don’t know. Horrible!

Norma Silva Love this place! I’ve been a loyal customer since Vero was in Riverside, and I’ve continued to come back ever since. Ive been visiting regularly since 2020, and the nail art is always the best! Vero also cuts my hair and does my lashes regularly — I love her work and professionalism. She’s incredibly accommodating with my schedule and always welcomes new customers and walk-ins. BEST IN SANTA ANA! Highly recommend!

Malak M WARNING !! ⛔️⚠️ DO NOT come here don’t waste your money here ! I came yesterday to do my nails (full set acrylic with gel. I was there from 4:53 pm till 6:40 pm i was very quite, patient and respectful ! I wanted her to do her job and I thought the results would be worth it . The lady who was doing my nails she was new I guess and she was training on my nails while I do have so many things to do ! So I ended up saying in a nice way this is not what I want nor I asked for ?! I told her it’s ok I am just going to leave I don’t have time I need to be home by 7 pm. They asked me to pay without even apologizes. They were going forth and back to the owner and she denied to let me go and not even apologizing . I was still polite and respectful! So they asked me to come back the next day to fix my nails and I should pay them at least $10 for this nails on me !!! Like you charging me for this are you serious?? What about my time that I wasted here ? Btw I paid her $10 just because I don’t like drama, and since they are greedy for money. I already went to another nails salon and they took off this horrible nails. The OWNER is really rude and GREEDY for money ! I would never come back here again and I will let all my friends about this experience

Samantha McIntosh Honestly I hate to write this because they were pretty freaking nice. But with the end result I have to say something to help someone out. I have a black and red split dye and I went in for a recoloring. The lady wanted to charge me full price for my roots not taking the red and told me Id have to come back to get them bleached and redo it at full price again. Which isnt even why Im upset. After dying my hair twice I ended up leaving with half my hair in a dreadlock.... Luckily I know how to get this out without cutting anything but good lord, please be careful. Im super not happy about this but it is what it is.... I guess.

Sarahi Vargas My nails are lovely but tell me why I paid the exact same price as a acrylic set when I got a fill. I came here to get my set and payed $87. I come back a few weeks later get the exact same design just different color and they charged me $87. I asked the front lady to confirm it’s a fill and shouldn’t the fill be cheaper than the original set. She says depends it’s around $30-60 but depends on what because I got the same design. If I would have known I would’ve just gotten a new set. She didn’t even show me what I was paying for. She just charged me.

kelly gilbert I have been seeing Kelly for the last 4 years here and she is by the far the best nail tech I’ve ever had in my life. I found her off of a google review and decided to try her out… best decision ever! I never stopped seeing her. Not only is her nail shop very clean and friendly but everyone who works here does an AMAZING job! Kelly is my favorite because she can do absolutely anything on your nails. she’s the Picasso of nail art!! If you show her any picture, she will recreate it exactly to a T. She’s fast and doesn’t take up your entire day and the best part of all.. the nails LAST! Every-time i see kelly, my nails last me 4-6 weeks without any breaks, chips, or even looking grossly grown out. Her talent and passion for nails is totally underrated because she’s by far the best in all of OC. Her shaping skills are the best i’ve seen and the durability of the nails are just incredible. If you’re looking for a new nail tech or a new spot, i’d 1000% recommend them.

Jeloisi This has to be the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten. I got dip powder and a pedicure about a week and a half ago and my nails are literally CRACKING IN HALF. One of my nails has broken already to the point where it was bleeding and I can tell that the rest are on their way out too (pinky and thumb have cracks in the middle). This has NEVER happened to me before! I’ve grown my REAL NAILS to a beautiful length and now I have to start ALL OVER again because these ppl do not know how to do dip powder!!! I could cry at how bad my nails looks right now and it’s only been a WEEK AND A HALF!!! My dip powder usually lasts me 3 or sometimes 4 weeks!! Whatever they did has weakened my nails to the point that I’m afraid to touch anything because my nails may break! Not to mention, my toenail polish is chipping like nobody’s business. WASTE OF MONEY AND WASTE OF TIME. I already know they’ll come up with every excuses in the book on why they won’t give me a refund. I don’t even have it in me to waste any more of my time

Chloe Bastajian I had an appointment but waited over 30 minutes before I was seen. The ambiance is definitely off and it feels very disorganized. During my pedicure, a tool was dropped on the floor and instead of using a new, clean tool on me she dipped it in the water and continued to use it on me. The pedicure was also out of order, she painted my nails before taking care of my heals and applying lotion. It felt like a rushed job and I’ll be finding a different salon in the area.

Katherine Torres The work they do it’s stunning and to the T. But the pricing is ridiculous. My first visit, it was a good experience and I believed that the pricing matched the job. But after a couple of visits, they began to charge me for the smallest things. Every time I went for a fill, they would charge me $3 to shorten my nails. And as for the customer service, it was ok. The ladies would take 3 hours to do a mani-pedi because they would leave every 15 minutes to tend to something/someone else.

Bert Elizalde This place is clean!!! My wife and I get manicure and pedicure every 2 weeks. Being a male and finding a place that doesnt intimidate me was hard until I found Blossom Nails. I have type 2 diabetes and have to take care of my feet. This place is awesome. They even put Monday Night Football on the tv for me. Love this place. The service is excellent!!!!

I have recommended this place to family, friends and coworkers and they seem to love it as well. The salon is big and not tight compared to other nail places.

I have been going since they opened and LOVE the attention to detail that I receive when getting my nails done. Mayra is very gentle with hands and can create a very natural looking nail as well as create a glamourous stiletto with a point as sharp as my liner if that is your style! I always feel relaxed after a pedicure with Daisy and very confident in sandals and opened toed shoes after a visit. Price is also very reasonable. You definitely get what you pay for. Excited for my fill later this week!
