1 /5 Capacete Julie (Lana): First time. Fill $45. Not satisfy with my results. Color fell out quickly. You’re the customer and you’re paying for the service. I ended up going back to my regular nail shop “Nails Plus” fill is $38 and the results are more satisfying!!!

2 /5 Chloe Bastajian: I had an appointment but waited over 30 minutes before I was seen. The ambiance is definitely off and it feels very disorganized. During my pedicure, a tool was dropped on the floor and instead of using a new, clean tool on me she dipped it in the water and continued to use it on me. The pedicure was also out of order, she painted my nails before taking care of my heals and applying lotion. It felt like a rushed job and I’ll be finding a different salon in the area.

1 /5 Jay C: I was hoping Id like Metro Nails, but after my second attempt I will no longer return. Two separate times I went in requesting a specific service for my nails and both times the nail tech did what she wanted. Since Im the paying customer Id like to have the service Ive asked for, not what they feel is better. Wont be returning. When I tried to explain my issue to the manager instead of taking accountability & apologizing, she gave excuses until I said forget it and left.
