Cassidy Went to urgent care, saw Kati Sylvester, she was extremely rude, never introduced herself and told me immediately she would not help me because it was "just not something she does", refused to give me a proper explanation and then walked away while I was trying to talk to her. Unprofessional and honestly disgusting behavior from someone who is supposed to be a Healthcare provider.

Debby Jislin They say they are open 10 to 6 but that isnt accurate. Turning people away after they reached 20 patients at 10:30 this morning. Told me I can try again tomorrow. No cars in the lot, no one in the waiting room... I had to go to the ER. Other people in lobby had the same experience. So, not really open till 6

Sam Stewart I cant recall the last time I have experienced the level of frustration I am experiencing with this facility. I manage my 89 year old Aunts medical situation and since her Dr. moved to this facility it has been an absolute disaster. Every month it takes me several phone calls to get her prescription refilled, it is now 11 days past due and we still dont have it. I phone the pharmacy as my first step every month several days before the prescription is due. I go to the pharmacy.....nothing is there. I call the clinic and they put me through to the nurse and I get an answering machine, I always leave a message and it is never returned, oh wait yes I did get a call back once. I have heard every excuse imaginable between the Clinic and the pharmacy. This is a prescription she has had for 35 years. My last phone calls list of excuses included "we changed systems and gave her appointment to someone else" and " We lost your hipaa form that was on file" I called about all that yesterday and still havent gotten a call back. Fairchild is becoming a monopoly in Yreka and I am moving all my stuff elsewhere. I am tired of losing sleep and being flat out mad about all this. If anyone from that clinic is reading this........ a little advice.......Do your Job and find solutions instead of making excuses.
