1gijane75 This location has the greatest staff in particular I want to thank a Virginia Barragan she totally went above and beyond from the moment I stepped in, checking me in with a very pleasant attitude and big beautiful smile, you don’t really get that nowadays, so that felt really good. At the end of my visit, she continued to help me with my next appointment and didn’t hesitate to help me with a billing issue that I’ve been dealing with since November. First she apologized for the inconvenience. Next, she got on the phone with a live person in their billing department and insured me that the matter has been taken care of gave me the name of the person she talk to and the phone number in case I need to reach out again, but after listening to the way, she explained things to me. I do not believe that I will need to contact billing again because she again went above and beyond and took care of everything for me. I look forward to returning to this location for my next appointment

Stanley Medina The communication in this team was terrible. To sum it up, they do not disclose any of the fees upfront to you, you just receive your bill at the mail and they call it a day. For an entire year, checking in the front desk, no one mentioned that there was an up front fee. So that stacks up every month until I someone realizes I needed to start paying. But the most frustrating part is the urine samples or other things they secretly charge you for. Again they don’t tell you you’re going to be charged, and if you were expecting to be charged, they don’t tell you how much it will cost or might cost. The urine tests was $600 which is outrageous. Had I known the cost, I would have declined. It’s not the price I’m concerned about, it’s the inability for the entire team to give some sort of notice. Why would anyone want a surprise bill?

Briana Fox Took my son to see his dentist, Dr Seif. We received all of our confirmations, we even called an hour before to confirm the time. As we were walking in, we received a call if we can reschedule our apt, because the Dr saw he came in for a cough a few weeks ago. I said we were already walking in, and my son wasnt sick anymore. When I got in, Virginia helped us. She stated the DR will not see my son. This should have been communicated before. I asked to speak to the supervisor (large man in back left corner office), and not knowing what she told him, she just came out and said "yeah hes not coming out to speak with you". Lets note my son has NO symptoms, has been approved to go back to school already, and the DR even told him no need to wear a mask, in the same facility! They didnt even take a look at my son prior to the appointment. That is just crazy to be refused to be seen over taking my child in to see a Dr for a cough WEEKS before. If she had such a big problem with this, she should of rescheduled before.
Children get coughs, and if they heal, they should be able to see a dentist.
