William DuCharme Had an interesting time. The staff go out of their way to help you, and are accommodating. I cant say my recent procedure wasnt free of discomfort. Tough extractions are expected to be a little uncomfortable, but was mostly painless. Great place.

Leonela Ortiz I recently had a cleaning done at Western Dental, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Kaur was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and was incredibly thorough in explaining each step. Her gentle approach made the cleaning pain-free and even enjoyable, which I’ve never said about a dental visit before! The staff at Western Dental were also very friendly and professional, and the office was clean and modern. Scheduling my appointment was easy, and they made sure to accommodate my timing preferences. I highly recommend Western Dental, especially Dr. Kaur, if you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about her patients. I’ll definitely be returning for future appointments!

taquѕ taquѕ “taquѕ” Fell off my scooter and broke three teeth. Went here to fix them up, they were nice enough to get me in on the same day. Waited over an hour in the waiting room past my appointment time. A dentist checked me out, did one of those rotating X-rays on me. No individual tooth X-rays, which I thought was odd. Dentist then told me that I needed all three of my broken teeth extracted (no chance for crowns since they were "broken vertically down to the root," which was not even true). I was given the option of implants to replace them, which my insurance didnt cover. I would have had to pay ~$12k out of pocket if I had accepted, or else lose all ability to chew on that side of my mouth. I didnt come back after this visit. Instead I went to Esthetic Partners Dental Group, which is right next door. They gave me proper X-rays and set me up to get three crowns. Theyre fighting hard against my insurance to make absolutely sure that my work is covered. I havent had to pay a cent. I cant recommend enough that you avoid Western Dental, and go to Esthetic Partners instead.

Elizabeth Lopez Overall a good place for a kid. Took my toddler for his first visit and they were very welcoming. I did have a later appointment so it was busy and was taken in about 10 minutes after my appointment time, but not a big deal. The dentist was great as well as everyone else.

b. wayne I would give zero stars if I could. Entirely unprofessional and uncoordinated. I can’t even call without being placed on hold and being sent back and forth. Staff is unprofessional and rude and talks about other things unrelated to their work. Laughs at people. We don’t want to hear gossip in a children’s dental office!!

Angela R Update: They lost the information I sent them about my payment because they changed office managers twice. Im now on the 3rd office manager. It is now somehow my responsibility to find and give them the information again. Which was a pain to find in the first place because we have a flex spending account. My son has had braces for 3 years. A year over the recommended time, and now he has stained teeth and possibly cavities. I can not say much that is good about this place. We are still being charged for the irrigation treatment. Not at all happy with their business practices. This place is horrible! The business has gone downhill. They had overcharged me almost a hundred dollars, and Im still fighting 3 years later to get my money back. Check your paperwork! Dont sign anything! They will charge you for procedures you dont want because you didnt have them change the paperwork to reflect it. They charged my husband for a lazer treatment and irrigation cleaning he said no to because the insurance didnt cover it. But he signed the "estimate" they charged him anyway. There is no way to contact the corporate office to complain of the business practices or ask for help in matters like being overcharged. The company only cares about profits, not their customers. Go somewhere else!

Jesus Horrible experience here very long wait time even though I had an appointment at the time 8:30am. I was there for almost 3 hours. I was a new patient. I was there for just a teeth cleaning. I waited all that time just for a teeth x-ray and to be told its going to be almost 2k for the deep cleaning. They didnt even let me see my teeth x-ray. Never even got a teeth cleaning. They just want your money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have to give a special shoutout to Jessie, she was amazing! So kind and reassuring, and really went out of her way to make sure I was okay throughout my visit. The rest of the staff were also awesome, just a really positive vibe all around. I’m usually not a fan of going to the dentist, but this place honestly changed that for me. Highly recommend!

Appointments in this location is of no use, just walk in they take you before appointments. -I had stepped out after an hour to make a short call to my work that I will be late. I did not get my any work done and got in trouble from my work.

Ive been to western dental and had my jaw dislocated with no anesthesia HERE AT CITY DENTAL they do the job right!!! they wont start working on your procedure if you still feel pain they fully numb you and make it seem like a walk in the park also I bring my three kids as well one thing they hated was the dentist! But nooo they love coming here i have three kids age 5,6,7 and not one complaint have they given me about coming to this dentist its affordable which is a major plus! Well to finish this review off is what im trying to say is try it .....I took time to write this review because they deserve it :) !!

Z G Extreme pain all week...some wacky office in Wildomar told me to tough it out. Central City was recommended to me by a friend. They took me in same day as a walk-in. Wait time to be seen was within the hour of arrival in the afternoon. The lady at the front desk handed me my paperwork which was easy to fill out quickly and asked me first thing if I was in pain, and let the staff know right away that I was. All the ladies on staff were kind and empathetic, took my x-ray quickly and confirmed a cracked filling that was too close to the nerve, the cause of all the pain I had been in. Dr. Chou saw me shortly after and numbed up that bad tooth relatively quickly compared to my previous dental experiences, and for that I am incredibly grateful. He worked quickly to remove the broken filling, confirmed a small infection starting to develop, cleaned it out as quickly as possibly knowing how painful it was, put some antibiotics in my tooth, and sealed with a temporary. While being discharged, I let them know I was already beginning to feel throbbing and pain pulsing in the area. They let the Dr know and he gave me an extra numbing shot for the road, which gave me enough time to eat something and fill my script. I am so grateful for everyone here for making my experience as quick, smooth and comfortable as possible. Thank you for being great at what you do.

I tried taking out my wisdom teeth this month with my new dentist and it turns out this dentist claimed she removed all of my wisdom teeth when in fact she only removed one when I was a teenager. Please avoid they will commit insurance fraud.
